IMPORTANT NOTE:

All guests are treated with linden shampoo, hair cream, body lotion, %100 olive oil Ayvalik soap, one-use slippers, towels, and breechcloth. Our guests who are PREGNANT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A SERVICE, and who have heart disease, diabetes, or asthma are not advised to use the bath.

Upon entry, please kindly inform us on your arrival about any allergies or specific areas on your body that require attention during the bath service. If you have sensitive areas or skin issues, kindly provide details for our awareness.

THE CAGALOGLU HAMAM TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY IN SUCH OCCASIONS.

The use of a bath is not advised for guests who have recently consumed ALCOHOL, who are famished or full; the hamam, again, would take no responsibility in such occasions. CHILDREN BELOW 6 AGES are not allowed for hamam. Our guests under the age of 18 can experience the hammam with an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Reservation cancellations must be made at least *48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations not made within 48 hours of the reservation date.
• Reservation date and time changes are only possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, date, or time
